Every year on my birthday, I take some time to think about the past and incoming years. Here are snippets of this year's summary:

• I trained ~100 times and lost 30+ lbs

• Our family was happier and we are more attentive of our kids' needs

• I now manage our bioinformatics team, and I absolutely love it

Vision for #2025:

• I can do whatever it takes!

• Strength is showing up and doing the good work

• Continue to find my WHY and have fun exploring my HOW!

• Hell Yeah!
