It's been more than a year that I switched from #Windoge to #Linux 100% and I still regularly get feeling of „Oh, it's so amazing to use a system that isn't owned by evil corporate billionaires that spy on my every chance they get and try to push stuff on my I loathe“ when I sit down at my computer.
It's so amazing to be at home on your computer, something you like to use without feeling bad subconsciously all the time. I love it! 💖

@ahuggingsam Thank you, I'm sure I will, hardware support has gone so far in the last years, there's so little friction these days ^__^
Are you using Linux as well, or what OS are you on?

@jfml Currently I'm on Arch linux these days ^_^ I've been very happy to escape the enshitification of windows for as much as I can for years now, though work and family does occasionally force me back onto windows

@ahuggingsam Oh, Arch, nice! Yeah, I'm afraid I'll have to use Adobe „Creative“ Cloud at some point again but so far I was lucky. The only thing I sometimes boot into a Windows partition or use my partners Windows machine is our printer which I can't for the life of me set up with Wifi printing on Linux (kinda wanna get rid of the printer anyway but sometimes it's handy to print random stuff).
