I assume this is the name of the printing company on the lining and the artist’s stamp on the front - can a kanji-reading sleuth translate or track this down for me?

My phone is better at reading kanji than I am, especially traditional script, but it looks like the company/product name is 九龍龍示 桑藏美淋品 and it is patented (number 2832664, but the Japan patent search site is down for the new year).
