So I’m realizing more and more that I am struggling with mental health around not being able to focus on personal growth.
Partner’s and a few friends pointing out that I’m different from what I used to be. The biggest responses that I’m getting are:

I've been there. For myself a combination of self care and finding things that are not only interesting but spark that "I'm excited for x" feeling helped. I found that forcing myself (I'm a massive introvert) to interact socially in limited ways helped as well. Also thinking about how I measure myself and not holding myself to world/others standards. As well as accepting that failure is ok, we all fail sometimes. The important thing is to keep moving. Personally a set of "base" bio hacks helped alot as well.
