Most of the folks out on the flats with me were digging for clams. I stopped to watch a man who was reaching his whole arm and shoulder into a wide hole he'd dug. He pulled up a large mud-covered clam, which his partner rinsed off by dipping it in the bay. Yipes! #HalfMoonBay #clams
