Ebay seems to have joined the war upon VPNs.Yet another "password reset" which never happened previously. What's the point of all the "2 factor authentication" if their website is this insecure. The only explanation is that I often go there using a VPN, they don't like that, so they lie about "security."

@ecadre I frequently use VPNs and it sis extremely annoying when services fail login attempts intentionally when they detect a VPN IP address or do other funny business. They almost never come clean about what they’re actually doing, either, and are happy for their service/website to simply appear broken.
