There is a bloke on Gizmodo who is opining about how an air fryer is a myth. IMHO, the guy has never used one, or if he did, then he did't use it in the best way.

Keeps going on about how it's just a small convection oven (yes, correct, and?) and then ends on how unhealthy deep frying in oil is. Eh?!? In an air fryer? WTH was this guy doing?

An air fryer uses a fraction of the oil you would for frying, you don't fill it up with oil. Good lord. Mansplaining at its worst.

And I'll take it all back if his whole shtick is to do with the publication dates: 1 April. But the erroneous information is just too specific for this to play well as an April's Fool.
