@leoncowle okay finally a chance to ask somebody with a shared context: what are biscuits and gravy? All I know is that neither of those words mean what I think they mean.

@uastronomer A little slice of heaven, is what they are! 😂

A biscuit is savoury and scone-like. A bit more flaky/crumbly texture than a scone.

And a creamy gravy. Basically a thick, savoury white sauce, with a pepper flavor. With ground beef (“mincemeat”) mixed in.

The pairing of those 2 is amazing!
