We have 'if' in C and C++ since forever.

We have 'if constexpr' since long.

We have 'if consteval' now, too.

I am missing 'if only' for appallingly illusional (AI) programming that is so effective in like business applications, or test code.

@DanielaKEngert and someone along the way will want an if constinit too 🥲 (C++ is too simple after all, let’s add a bunch of weird syntax reusing existing keywords but for another usage)
