@mako The ferry & Xmas Day is amazing. We once had late bags on both directions of a flight on Alaska. We went to complain and ask when our bags were arriving…and they said, "oh, our guy goes home at 9 p.m. [it was maybe 10] so we'll have to send them to you tomorrow." Me: "PUT THEM ON A TAXI. " They did not.

Though Alaksa's small-plane arm didn't get us our bags to Calgary once (we then drove to Lake Louise) and they had the bags driven to our hotel in Lake Louise!
