@cayalo That's quite a selection. Enjoyed prime rib, spuds and gravy, Yorkie pudding, mac and cheese and roasted brussel sprouts last night, the beef cooked to perfection by No. 1 son. Merry Christmas!

@cayalo Oh yes, for apps I made two cracker spreads, one with smoked salmon and the other smoked black cod. Both I smoked myself, a family tradition. Hope you are enjoying your time with family!
