slogged our way through Dune Prophecy. I guess it’s okay? Not great, acceptable on a certain level. I don’t really like the pacing, had high hopes for the writing. Some decent action in the last episode. Overall Meh. Will probably watch the next season when it comes out but overall it’s a bit flat.

@skinnylatte I really liked seeing the movies in the theatre, and Hans Zimmer’s score is just incredible, the audio is what I enjoyed the most.

It's interesting. I find it a bit meh, my wife who usually has to suffer through my sci-fi shows likes it a lot.

My wife definitely likes it more than I do, but she also surpassed my dedication to the franchise long ago through listening to the audiobooks. I tried to read the prequels related to this but enjoyed it more just letting her tell me about it.
