@Seanochicago thanks! I can only mention a few that come to mind right now
For historical pics you could try @DorotheaLange, @MplsPhotoBot, @torontohistoricphotos
For Irish/UK/US political/social issues, I like @HarriettMB, @JackTheCat, @QasimRashid
I like to post old Hollywood, TV, music related stuff, but I donโt follow too many that also do so.
I follow a ton of photographers but no room to list more than a few: @Alice, @tombzz, @panchromaholic, @Badgerbert, @modinmetro, @paulakirby

@Seanochicago
Don't know if you are on bluesky but there are some great Chicago historian/photo accounts there that I wish posted here. (this is my fave platform and I hope it outlasts all the others)
Robert Loerzel, Bill Savage, Jeff Nichols, dmercer, to name a few.

@sk76 I love Robert Loerzel, and he was one of the few people I miss from Twitter. Not gonna go to bluesky tho.

@Seanochicago Robert seems to contribute to Chicago magazine and WBEZ pretty regularly so maybe you can catch him there

@Seanochicago also he blogged the definitive history of the Green Mill, which I think he might be turning into a book, can't remember
(Also, he's the one who discovered that photo of the Green Mill fire and got it digitized at the Chicago History Museum site - but I didn't know that when I first found it there ๐ )

@sk76 We used to live about four blocks from each other in Uptown. Our paths would cross all the time, but weโve never actually met.
