About a month ago, our building management replaced all of the mailboxes & it their chassis(?) due to crappy locks and repeated vandalism.

Tonight, walking down to fetch some things from the car, I saw this.😔 😡

Fortunately for us, we've kept a P.O. box for years. But, occasionally, we do have things mis-delivered to the building mailbox. This fucking sucks for folks who rely on these boxes.

Pretty much my exact words before I turned the corner noticing all the wet junk mail on the ground.

The building management made such a comical big deal about replacing them: cordoning off the area with crime scene tape, rebuilding & repainting the wooden frame, publishing an elaborate schedule & touting the new, improved locks. All for naught...just painfully stoopid.
