[#]goodreads has been slow for as long as I can remember. Why does it still dominate the scene? And why hasn't #amazon made more of it?

@schizanon have you noticed they've started putting Goodreads ratings on their site too? I think they recognize that the Goodreads scores are more accurate (less gaming, at least yet...)

@davidshq obviously they have quite dramatic budgetary differences but the StoryGraph site/app is also pretty sluggardly. I know that web tech is capable of much better!
