Possibly unpopular opinions about Nightwish:

1. Floor Jansen is the best singer overall because she can cover both the opera-inspired songs originally recorded by Tarja and the pop-metal songs originally recorded by Annette Olson.

2. With a few exceptions, the best songs that band has made come from Annette Olson's time. All of their songs are pretty damn good though, no matter which vocalist was involved at the time.

@RenewedRebecca ++, Olzon's Nightwish is the best. I get why folks like what came before, and I have no particular beef with what followed, but I know which albums I keep going back to.
