Toot

Me: The Web is 34 years old today.

Spouse: I thought you said something happened in 1969?

Me: That was the first message on Arpanet.

Spouse: But my dad dialed-up in the 80s from home to a university thing occasionally and he had email.

Me: yes, there was email and other things before the Web...

I regret everything but I am glad she half listens to me.
