One thing I have always struggled with when working out is getting enough calories & especially protein.
I have a high metabolism & a physically demanding job which means it's difficult for me to put on any amount of weight. Something that I am grateful for, but for #Weightlifting it sucks. ๐
I'm looking into protein powder. I think it's going to be essential for me to get where I want to be.
Does anyone have a powder or mix to recommend?
Other suggestions are welcomed.
