I finished my first #Discworld book last night. On the advice of a reading order I found online, the book was Mort. I was pleased with the whimsical writing, the intriguing setting, and the relationship between Mort and Death. Looking forward to starting another one.

@jerbear Mort is a great start. Pratchett’s style for Discworld feels much more formed than the previous 3 books. They’re still good reads but don’t quite feel the same.

Death is also by far my favourite character though I do have concerns that it’s because he is the one I can identify most with 😅
