So, when your contractors start to replace your roof, and they don't button it down, fix up the flashing, unscrew your neighbors downspouts so they fall down and leave you with literal visible daylight through the walls in your bedroom, and they don't shore any of this up before a large storm arrives, leaving you with gallons of water being poured into the inside of your walls... It's lawyer time right?

@bendelarre Another possibility: Homeowner's insurance claim, and let the insurance company's lawyers go after the flaky contractor (may or may not be possible, but worth a phone call to find out).

@maarteuh yeah. We'll see how it goes tomorrow. Thankfully they accepted we can't stay in the house any longer so we're in an Airbnb right now. Fun times.
