I feel thrown back in time, when I was way more occupied with digital signal processing algorithms 😁🚀✨

The best: with those new ranges and views in C++, development is soo much easier today compared to what it was like 20 years ago. 😎

Instead of all this low-level pointer chasing necessary long ago, I simply describe my intent at a high level (where humans are good at) now. The compiler then does its thing (where it is good at) and figures out how stuff is best done at the machine level.
