Toot

Who has a good dirty #martini recipe, even if unconventional/classic? I have recently become obsessed with thinking I will love a dirty martini, so I'm gathering all the stuff to make them at home.

@hbuchel

Shake, with ice, equal parts gin and Claussen Hearty Garlic pickle brine. Rinse your martini glass with dry vermouth. Serve up, garnish with a sliced pickle.

@hbuchel My wife often asks for this. I buy St Agur blue cheese and push it into large green pitted olives (queen olives I want to say).

Tiny bit of vermouth. We sometimes have Opihr gin in the house which is like slightly spiced.

(I think creamy blue cheese is the way to go, but it should work with others, I just think Stilton would be far too much).

@hbuchel good gin is probably easy to find anywhere, but I don't know about good vermouth. And using the best possible ingredients is really nice.
