@peertube Congratulations! Great work! Any advice to channel owners how to get included in search by default? Even directly searching for “puppet building” doesn’t return anything on https://puppet.zone/

@peertube @operationpuppet This is a big problem. When "adding" an instance address, it doesn't actually "add", it just navigates you to that platform. It doesn't add them to search results in the main default engine.

I can't imagine how much of the PeerTube ecosystem this app doesn't even touch upon. That's a HUGE problem.

I can't tell my friends to try this when they can't actually find what they're seeking.

I'm on iOS so I don't have the option to add, but I did find that under "platforms" there's a list of all your recently-visited servers at the top and you can pin them for quick access.

A lot of this could be resolved if the Explore tab defaults were local-only. It is currently a massive liability, the "featured" feed for some servers one degree away from the whitelisted defaults have NSFW content front and center.
