They are hoping people will buy comparing the $900m for two new ferries vs total project cost for iRex including port upgrades.

And they want us to ignore the iRex contract break costs as well which probably make these middling ferries that haven't even been contracted yet more like $1.2b ferries.

Economic vandalism.
