(boosts welcomed 🙏 )

@r3pek what seems to be the issue? 😀

@frangdlt nice question :) I'm trying to renew the dev subscription but it says that the "subscription is either ineligible for renewal or must be renewed through one of our companion sites" 🤷

@r3pek what usually works for me is logging into developers.redhat.com with your portal credentials, and request a new developer subscription with the “join” button.
That should push a new developer subscription in your account in a few minutes.
I followed this process a month or so ago, so hopefully it hasn’t changed. 🤷

@frangdlt well.... really wanted to avoid that, but if i really need to, that will be it.
I've sent an email to redhat... let's see what they say 🤷♂️

@r3pek you don’t need a new username ; just log with your existing username .
If it works like in my case, it takes 15 secs 🙂
Out of curiosity, what’s the friction point here?

@frangdlt avoiding the reconfiguration of the servers 😉 (wouldn't take that long 😛 )
Also.... don't see a "join" button for some reason 🤔

@r3pek it doesn’t require a reconfiguration; just a “subscription-manager refresh || subscription-manager attach —auto”.
In any case that’d be necessary even if somebody magically adds new subscriptions into your account. (or leave time for rhsmcertd to do its thing)
