I find amazing that Italians have the word #umarell , “retiree observing construction sites” .
In spanish we have the same concept: “jubilado mirando obras” . Hours of entertainment thinking that they’d do it better themselves, and what a poor job the crew is doing.
What is even more amazing is people organizing competitions around it: https://www.scopeofwork.net/il-campionato-mondiale-di-umari/

Dear #fediverse ,
What is a Mastodon client that feels like an RSS reader?
Rather than an infinite timeline, I’m looking for a client that will display all the accounts I follow, and their unread toots. (An actual RSS reader is inconvenient because you cannot directly reply from there)
Does that thing even exist?
