its valid if the question is 'is cryptpad or google forms a better privacy minded option'

i dont think this is a particularly valid way of creating change. If the goal is to get people to use 'better' (more privacy or whatever) tools this seems not a particularly effective way of getting there. I want people to use this stuff, whether thats masto or cryptpad, but every time i see the community like this i get strong feelings that this makes adoption less likely, not more likely
