@miyuko I assumed it had to be because my partner acts like I’m an alien every time I mention it, claiming it’s not possible to forget to breath. Glad it’s not just me!

@h0m54r @miyuko I'm not AuDHD (citation needed, but generally doctors said I'm not), and I do that. My partner who is diagnosed with ADHD does not do that.

@miyuko @nina_kali_nina @h0m54r I only don’t do this because I trained myself specifically for this

@yottatsa @miyuko @nina_kali_nina @h0m54r omfg teach me master
No, really, how do I train for that? Sometimes it literally hurts, when my squirrel brain simultaneously forces me not to breathe and tries not to die, while I'm too concentrated on something more important than breathing :c

@nina_kali_nina @miyuko Huh, interesting! I apparently was anti-diagnosed as not-autistic when I was small, but have long self-identified as somewhere on the spectrum. (I do have a dyspraxia diagnosis though.)
