Looking for people with experience using #Sleepio or other CBT for Insomnia #CBTi programs which involve #SleepRestriction
I am a few weeks into trying to stick to my sleep schedule properly and it's extremely challenging. I would love to talk to people who either are doing this now or have done it in the past.
(Note that I'm looking for solidarity and support, not criticism of CBT or sleep restriction at the moment)
