The Senate equivalent of H.R. 9495 is under consideration.

I told my senators that 1) the hostage-saving part of the bill is clearly a smokescreen to disguise a blatant assault on the right to organize, 2) any so-called "moderate" Democrats having voted for it in the House reveals a spiteful, vengeful, anti-democratic streak among them, and 3) "shred all copies, burn the shreds, and dump the ashes in a nuclear reactor".
