@flavigula @composergreg yes I was! It's such a beautiful sounding sampler. It's 100% made for hip hop beats, but you can coax it to do other things. 🤨

Regardless, the results were great.

I have a Roland Sp404mkII sampler and though i do like it, I feel sometime in the near future, i should graduate into a more "sophisticated" method of sampling / sample manipulation. So I'm investigating my options. Coincidentally, you were using one I'd been looking at.

@flavigula @composergreg I had the sp404mkii! I couldn't really connect with it. I love the S2400, and it will be even more useful when they finally finish the DSP effects card.

I've been using the blackbox for something I'm working on right now. If you need a clean and extremely practical sampler I would say it's a great one for that. But definitely not super creative like the s2400.
