Lately, my mental health has taken a bit of a downhill turn, and my anxiety attacks are back. But this hashtag kind of helps me see the positive and find some light, both for others and for myself. Itβs the small things, one step at a time, right?

π Iβm alone for a couple of days and deep-cleaned the house.
π I made myself a comforting brunch and enjoyed it while chatting with my best friend.
π I got some unexpected and thoughtful gifts.

@elizach Good strategies. I empathise, also a sufferer of the disability that is unseen. For me, super careful at this time of year, #SAD+ & cyclomania, (anxiety and depression in its Mode 1). Strategies and proper meds work!
