Lately, my mental health has taken a bit of a downhill turn, and my anxiety attacks are back. But this hashtag kind of helps me see the positive and find some light, both for others and for myself. It’s the small things, one step at a time, right?

It’s only the start of the day here but already I’ve been outside to water the garden before the day gets too hot (due to be 31 deg C) and about to bake a fresh loaf of bread.

Taking care of the garden is so uplifting, and baking is such an immediate stress reliever. The moment hands touch the dough boom, magic! And the smell of fresh bread filling the house is such a huge comfort, it really warms the heart and soul.
