@enerhpozyks @mirabilos I give both cats a treat after the diabetic one gets his insulin shot -- and now I get two reminders and also the diabetic one has stopped hiding to avoid the shot

I realize I'm late to the party with this discussion--several days old. But here's the thing: the treat-before-insulin process (applicable to any med, of course), you're basically describing the early stages of Diabetic Alert Training for a service dog for a human. ✅ Now your cat has his own service cat! 😸

@regehr @enerhpozyks @mirabilos yup, ours gets a bacon treat following their asthma puffer in the evening, and just like clockwork they appear at the appointed time. Their internal clock is amazing!
