Ugh. So much for One NZ. I am meant to be an authorised person on our home account. My husband rang several days ago to make sure I was an authorised person on our account. Yet somehow I am still not an authorised person on our account 🙄

Which means I can't do anything about the ongoing issue with our broadband 🤬

Any recommendations for home broadband providers?!? (Or anyone else we should avoid...) NZ only. Thanks!

@curiousjay Uhh, the company I work for is pretty ok. Tiny Invercargill based lot, https://prodigi.nz/pricing#Internet-Residential any problems, @danfaulknor will sort you out asap. They're awesome.
