So, out of the box it looks like the default #konnected firmware is a bit stale and no longer actively developed. They encourage you to go ESPHome instead.
Having flashed the default ESPHome konnected recipe to my (non-pro) alarm board, it's basic and pretty much depends on #homeassistant for all of its smarts.
Seems like if I want the alarm to keep functioning even when HA is down, Imma need some scripting smarts injected into my yamls.. e.g. "wait 30 seconds after a sensor trips before firing off the alarm, unless it's disarmed first".
Sound about right?
