United Healthcare actively tried to kill me, for the record. Multiple times. Their first step was in denying me a drug which could have helped in preventing my kidney failure (which I eventually just paid ~$600 per month out of pocket for, perhaps too late), and then forced me to drop to part-time hours so I would be eligible for the Affordable Care Act (reduced pay + paying for healthcare out of my own pocket) so that it would cover kidney care.
