I kept missing those Rust CFP deadlines, so I wrote a blog post about all upcoming 2025 Rust conferences (that I know of). 😆

Can someone take a look at let me know if I missed a conference? Also, suggestions for additional information very welcome!

@mre @mart_e To me it still counts because it has a Rust track. If single track Rust conferences count, then a Rust-dedicated track at bigger conferences should probably too.

@niklaskorz @mart_e fair point. I think the one difference to the others on the list is that FOSDEM is not advertised as a pure Rust conference, so there's a lot of people who don't attend any Rust talks whereas for the Rust conferences that wouldn't be the case.

@mre This is lovely! I needed this so badly. And thanks for including RustWeek!

We don't particularly focus on industry to be honest. We'd like to have a good mix of people from the Rust project, open source developers, students and, yes, also industry. Could you point me to the bit of communication that's suggesting it has an industry focus? I'd maybe like to change the wording there.

@terts oh, my bad. I just mentioned it because of the industry track at RustNL last year. But yeah, not really the same. I can change it or you send me a PR.
