December 1, 2024. We are processing raw chickpea hummus to enjoy later. The green chickpeas have been sprouted. The hummus will ferment on the counter to blend the flavors. The garlic and Rempah are garden fermentations. The tahini and dry spices are from the store. #hummus, #growyourown, #garlic, #Rempah, #minnesota, #chickpeas
