When this issue first came to light, they had to pause more than 30 prosecutions.
Imagine how many people have been sent to jail over this since the late 90s.

I will die mad about Gordon Legal rolling over and allowing so many #robodebt victims to have their unlawful debts laundered by the Dept into “real debt” — using an unlawful process, quelle surprise.
And now they’re allowed to have another bite at the class action cherry after fucking it up the first time? Come on.
