Dammit. Misplaced my keys again.
I really should get some trackers for them. Does #homeassistant work with any of the brands? I thought that Tile would be a sure-fire winner but there's no API for it so doesn't seem to be a way to trigger the beeper.
What are my alternatives that I can integrate via HA without the need for an extra app on our (Android) phones?

@dmakovec Do you use the Home Assistant app on your phone? It already has Bluetooth beaconing built in.

I don't know whether this is supported on Apple iOS, but I can vouch for it working great on Android.

@surefire Sure, but can it make a device beep, for when I've dropped it behind a sofa cushion and can't find it?

@dmakovec @surefire I have a bluetooth beacon but you sadly it does not beep.
I have seen some complex (need an always on mac somewhere) solution to integrate airtags but nothing clean
