Since I just finished making a batch of it, seems like a good time to ask this. Are you familiar with Green Goddess salad dressing? And if you are, which version of it?

Version 1. The main ingredient is pureed avocado.

Version 2. A vinaigrette with no avocado, color comes from green herbs.
