Any articles blathering on about BirthRates are eugenicist bullshit. We've got a line of people out the door to get into the United States (at least for now) and could grow our population as much as we want, unless of course you view non-white people as undesirable.

@GuyDudeman I think the photo is an example of what they think people should be doing, but it also perfectly illustrates the problem because that dude obviously can't take off from work to care for his kid.
