Well that's exciting. RP2350 interpolator rotates not shifts!

Which is cool, but can also break stuff if you are not expecting it.

@mike@rebel-lion.Gives you left-shift too! Interested to know what cases this breaks: we expected the bits rotated into MSBs to usually be covered by the masks

@wren6991 I was shifting with no mask configured. Configuring a mask solved it no problem, but it had me puzzled for a while!
