The bitter irony of parenting:

bonding over #wicked with your preteen, who doesn't realize that Defying Gravity is a metaphor for how she will soon pull away from you, and probably not kindly.

And yeah that's her task in life, she should and this current moment is great too but dad, why are you crying!?!??
