we have BOXES to open. first up: a whole bunch of magic lantern slides! there are lots of them, some in not great condition, but some are really haunting in only the way old photography can be

next up: a new-to-us magic lantern, that should be fully functional and actually has a slide carrier and, mega bonus, is not full of asbestos insulation like some of them are!
