My last job had a rule that anything longer than an hour had breaks every 45 minutes built into it. It's something I try to stick to in my new place, though ideally not booking anything longer than 45 to begin with

@kapellosaur that’s so sensible! Meetings here do generally get a break if they’re longer than an hour, but there’s no rule about it and no guarantee
