@aburka I need to annotate as well, but that can be done with Preview on a mac. Slice & Dice pages is the other thing I need.
right now just to have Acrobat, Adobe requires a Cloud sub and there is AI vacuuming potential, and the kinds of things I touch which are PDFs are like downloaded bank statements and tax paperwork.

@draNgNon I've got two PDFs open in Preview right here and I can drag pages from one to the other. Did they remove the feature?! (I'm stuck on an old macOS with an Intel machine)
