I did a random search for "digitalpreservation" on Meta's Thread, and I'm surprised to see quite a number of #DigiPres related posts. It's actually on par with what we have here at the Fediverse - digipres.club and Bluesky. Now we need a way to pull all of them into a single place. Would Reeder be the answer?

@joshuatj I recently discovered the same with LinkedIn, where I never thought to look before. It would definitely be nice to be able to read them all in one place

@joshuatj digipres.cafe would only work for Mastodon & Bluesky, if I understood it correctly. Is that so, @beet_keeper?

@RoxPoNinja @joshuatj yeah, rn that is true for that nice linking from Mastodon out to the aggregator.
The area is a bit messy still with Threads/BlueSky/LinkedIn/ActivityPub and their different protocols.
Related on Threads about ActivityPub though: https://www.theverge.com/2024/3/21/24107881/threads-fediverse-beta-launch-mastodon
Also on BlueSky: https://github.com/bluesky-social/atproto/discussions/1716
The digipres.cafe aggregator is nice for posting to the timelines of Mastodon so it could still be an intermediary in one direction, e.g. if collecting from Threads out to here.
