I'm beginning to remember more things from 8 years ago.

I'm remembering waking up each morning and realizing that, no matter how bad I thought things in the administration were, that things were actually worse.

@jmjm 2016 was a big year for loss.

The election, Ghostship, etc. Compounding tragedy after tragedy.

There were periods of dissociation by December of that year. Can’t wait for what the rest of November and December this year will bring.

I think 2024 will take the cake in terms of loss in my life thus far: so many people I know who are now dead or dying and then the election and the growing thought that I will have no more future with the country — just done.
